Yes, but with conditions: the frame must weigh no more than 2 kg or be no larger than 40 cm wide/long, the wall must be painted with good-quality finish, it can't stick to wallpaper, and if hanging above a bed you must drill. We recommend Ikea no-drill hanging hardware

Approximately 2 x 2 meters, but the actual maximum depends on the length of frame materials and paper size available. Each frame type has different strength ratings; we assess each project individually

Yes, with clear glass or clear acrylic depending on the frame type and size. PU frames are mostly acrylic for flexibility during shipping, while wood frames can use glass for better durability and easier maintenance

Glass: heavier, slight green tint, more scratch-resistant, breakable, less dust attraction, can use glass cleaner. Acrylic: lighter, clearer, more prone to scratching, won't break if dropped, attracts dust more, use only water (no glass cleaner)

Yes, with an additional cost based on image size. UV-blocking glass works best for unmounted prints because it sits flush with the image, keeping it sharp-looking

The back is closed with Foamboard or Hardboard, edges taped. We offer two hanging options: sawtooth hanger for small frames, or left-right wire hanging. For A4 or smaller, there is a stand-up easel option

We primarily use EMS. The price includes shipping and protective packaging. Orders ship from Phaya Thai. If you want to pick up yourself or use Grab, let us know for a discount

EMS delivery usually takes 1-2 days, except during holidays or long breaks. If you have a Tracking number but haven't received it in 3 days, contact us to check

If damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge. If there are other defects or condition issues, please contact us directly to resolve

Posters are rolled on a cardboard tube. For small framed prints, we back them with hardboard and cover the front with corrugated kraft paper to prevent damage

Yes. Provide your piece's dimensions (width x length) and thickness so we can cut precisely. You can get just the frame, or with glass and backing hardware included

We can only issue a receipt, not a tax invoice. You can provide billing details (company name, address, tax ID) to an admin during checkout
